A community working to fix our global leadership by shaping future leaders. Through our membership program, mentor training and student workshops, we connect people who have a desire for personal growth and inspire them to realise their potential.
One of our key focuses is emotional intelligence (EQ) – the skill to develop and manage your emotions, an ability all great leaders have. By teaching young people how to develop their emotional intelligence, we build resilient, compassionate and empowered leaders.
