The key to leadership success
The Future Leaders program is designed to address the real challenges that rising professionals face. It equips them with the tools, mindset, and confidence they need to excel in their roles and step up as future leaders.
Duration: 4 - 6 months
Delivery: The program combines group coaching and training with monthly one-on-one coaching, offering both peer insights and personal support. Participants also receive an EQ-based Brain Brief Profile to enhance self-awareness and interpersonal skills.
