Inspire dialogue

Inspire dialogue - by weaving critical topics into training and as part of the context in group sessions.

Facilitate knowledge sharing - in whole group sessions, within mentor and mentee cohorts and in each mentoring pair.

Strengthen relationships - through the experience of being on a shared journey and especially between each mentor and mentee.

Enhance leadership capability -as a key learning focus, with an emphasis on developing skills to take back into each participants business and life. 

What makes our programs different?

On one hand, our programs are structured and facilitated in a way to maintain high levels of engagement (a factor most commonly missing in formal mentoring programs), on the other, they are fluid and bespoke. 

We strive to provide tangible learning and development for both mentors and mentees, focusing on leadership skills and capabilities (including coaching and communication skills) and using the Leadership Shapers Mentoring Activation Framework for high-impact mentoring.  

In summary, our programs include:  

  • A platform to manage the program end-to-end, tracking, reporting and pulse surveys 
  • Mentor & mentee training, program launch, wrap up and group sessions 
  • A Mentoring Activation Profile (MAP) and individual support as needed for each mentor 
  • Tailored tools and resources which reflect the needs of the cohort as they arise  
  • Promotion and showcasing of your program
